About The Position

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Carpet Cleaning Technician to join their team. Requirements

• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves & get dirty
• Empathy, Friendly, and a positive can-do attitude
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the Restoration Industry
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds
• Comfortable with walking/standing for long periods of time, working at elevated heights, and working in restricted spaces while wearing PPE
• Ability to pass a drug test & extensive background screening
• Available for full time role with overtime, on-call rotations, and state-wide traveling

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in carpet and tile cleaning with both residential and commercial properties.
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with customers regarding scope of work and necessary paperwork.
• Document all related information of job for accurate job costing.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment.
• Apply expert knowledge to treat and remove spots and stains effectively.
• Perform air duct cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning to ensure comprehensive care for our client's properties.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Travel to other locations within South Carolina with potential overnight stays.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
