About The Position

Premier Services Group is seeking skilled carpet installers for steady, year-round workflow. Carpet and padding materials are stored at local centralized warehouses, with more than 20 warehouses across the Pacific Northwest. Installers are expected to deliver expert carpet installation and high-quality customer service while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role requires at least two years of carpet installation experience, a reliable vehicle capable of transporting tools and equipment, and personal installation tools. Installers must be dependable, adaptable to varying project needs, and able to pass a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site. Contractors must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the company as additionally insured, proof of Workers’ Compensation if they have employees, and valid contracting and business licenses as required by state regulations. Compensation is listed as $100,000–$200,000 per year.

Requirements

At least 2 years of carpet installation experience.
A reliable vehicle capable of transporting necessary tools and equipment.
Personal installation tools.
Dependability and the ability to adapt to varying project needs.
