About The Position

Premier Services Group is seeking skilled carpet installers to perform expert carpet installation and provide top-quality service to clients. The company offers a steady workflow throughout the year and keeps carpet and padding materials in local central warehouses, with more than 20 warehouses across the Pacific Northwest. Installers collaborate with clients and team members, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and adapt to varying project needs. Applicants must have reliable transportation capable of carrying necessary tools and equipment, and must supply their own installation tools. On-site team members must be willing and able to pass a company-issued background check. Installers must also provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the company as additionally insured, proof of Workers’ Compensation if they have employees, and valid contracting and business licenses as required by state regulations. Compensation is listed at $100,000–$200,000 per year. Premier Services Group was established in 2004 and reports a workforce of more than 170 employees across nine states, with over 40,000 successful installations annually.

Requirements

At least 2 years of carpet installation experience.
Reliable vehicle capable of transporting necessary tools and equipment.
Personal carpet installation tools.
Dependability and flexibility to adapt to varying project needs.
Willingness and ability to pass a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site.
Provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the company as additionally insured.
Provide proof of Workers’ Compensation if the installer has employees.
Valid contracting and business licenses as required by state regulations.
