About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, dependable Carpenter with hands-on construction skills and the ability to complete projects from start to finish. The role involves reading blueprints, building cabinets and structures, and completing custom carpentry projects according to project specifications. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and works efficiently to meet project deadlines.

This is a full-time, day-shift position. Start times typically fall between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, and end times are generally between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM. Daily hours and schedules may vary based on project needs and workload, so flexibility is important. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with an opportunity to increase to $20.00 per hour following a performance review within the first couple of weeks. The increase is based on performance and demonstrated skills.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on carpentry and construction experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience building cabinets, structures, and custom projects.
• Ability to follow detailed specifications and complete projects independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable and punctual, and able to work a full scheduled day.
• Ability to work efficiently and adapt to different project needs.

Responsibilities
