About The Position
The Norfolk Companies, a fourth-generation, family-owned company that has been building beautiful kitchens since 1934, is seeking an experienced carpenter for residential remodeling and kitchen renovation projects. The company designs, manufactures, distributes, and installs its own cabinetry, ensuring steady, year-round work and opportunities for career growth. This is a full-time W-2 position with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Extensive carpentry experience (5-10 years preferred)
- Cabinet installation or finish carpentry experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

- OSHA 10 Certification is a plus

Responsibilities
- Lead residential remodeling and kitchen renovation projects
- Install cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry with precision
- Perform framing and structural carpentry as needed
- Deliver exceptional craftsmanship while working in occupied homes
- Collaborate with project managers and homeowners to ensure successful project completion
