Requirements

Proven carpentry skills and a deep understanding of modern construction methods.
Proficiency and safety-first mindset with all hand and power tools.
A sharp eye for measurements and the ability to follow complex instructions.
Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work comfortably in various weather conditions and job site environments.

Nice To Haves

2+ years in carpentry or residential remodeling.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are essential.
The ability to take a task and run with it with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Perform framing, trim, and finish work with a high level of detail.
Lead and assist in transforming kitchens, bathrooms, and interior living spaces.
Expertly install doors, windows, cabinetry, and drywall according to project specs.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts to ensure every cut is accurate.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all all times.
Work seamlessly with the rest of the Bax Homeworks team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
