Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience
- Proficient in both rough and finish carpentry
- Ability to read blueprints and work with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to the Manchester job site
- Basic hand tools and PPE
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available if needed)
Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of commercial carpentry from framing through finish work
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Layout, frame, and install walls, blocking, doors, windows, and other structural components
- Install trim, doors, hardware, cabinetry, and finish carpentry details
- Complete punch list items and ensure quality workmanship
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Work independently and with other trades to meet project schedules
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
