About The Position
Allan Myers is looking for a hard-working carpenter to join our elite team of professionals. This non-exempt position fabricates and installs wood and steel forming systems for heavy civil construction projects.
Requirements
- 5-year formwork experience.
- High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School preferred.
- Carpentry Apprentice Program
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Experience in heavy civil construction industry a plus.
Responsibilities
- Reads and interprets blueprints and performs layout according to scale.
- Possesses basic carpentry skills required to build concrete structures.
- Familiar with setup and operation of bridge finishing machines.
- Performs duties to Allan Myers Safety production and quality standards.
- Maintains an image of excellence with regards to jobsite, job trailer, equipment and vehicle housekeeping and maintenance.
- Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned by manager.
