About The Position

The essential responsibilities of the Carpenter include constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This position ensures all work is completed accurately, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and building codes. This position reports to the Installed Sales Manager.

Valid Driver’s License.

Nice To Haves

Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install building materials such as wood, drywall, windows, doors and other structural components.
Read and interpret material specs, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
Construct and repair frameworks, structures, and fixtures including walls, floors, door frames, windows, and trim.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures as needed.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Maintain a clean and organize job site, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
Collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and supervisors to complete projects on time.
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials to job sites.
Complete other tasks as needed when directed by the Installed Sales Manager.
