Requirements

• 1+ years of construction, carpentry, or related trade experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Willingness to learn carpentry and construction methods
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to project locations and stay up to 2 weeks at a time, as project schedules require
• Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship

Responsibilities

• Installation of retail fixtures, displays, décor packages, and millwork
• Installation of wall panels, trim, doors, hardware, and accessories
• Assisting with framing, drywall, rough carpentry, and interior finishes
• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing construction materials
• Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Learning to read plans, layouts, and project drawings
• Safely operating hand tools and power tools
• Supporting project teams in active retail environments
