About The Position

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a skilled,
resourceful, and open-minded Restoration Technicians ready to serve our
customers and team with a joyful and intentional sense of urgency. This role
requires hands-on problem solving and quality workmanship to handle projects
from start to finish while delivering the highest level of professionalism on
site.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of construction experience with demonstrated multi-trade capabilities.
• Proficient or eager to grow skills in drywall, painting, trim, cabinetry, and minor flooring repairs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to adapt and solve problems efficiently on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Quality Workmanship: Provide top-tier service to customers by demonstrating craftsmanship and professionalism across multiple trades, including drywall, painting, trim installation, minor cabinet repair, and minor flooring repairs.
• Communication: Maintain excellent communication with the production team regarding job updates and task completion, as well as clear and respectful communication with customers.
• Self-Management: Manage your time and tasks effectively, proactively solving problems on site to support the team and project managers in meeting project goals.
• Skill Development: Continuously build and refine your trade skills to progress from Level 1 to Level 5 in various construction disciplines.
• Customer Orientation: Understand and anticipate customer needs, responding with urgency and consideration of company costs and benefits.
• Attention to Detail: Consistently process and apply detailed information accurately in your work.
