About The Position
Gold Beech Construction builds and renovates high-end homes throughout Greater Boston and MetroWest. Our reputation is built on precise, well-executed work, and the high standards we hold on every project. We are hiring an experienced Carpenter who works to the same standard. This is a full-time, year-round position with an established company.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of high-end residential carpentry experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction tools, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to read architectural plans and documents.
- Proven ability to execute to tight tolerances and high standards with safety, and professionalism.
- Positive attitude, detail oriented, strong work ethic, and willingness to grow with the team.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and meet the physical demands of the trade.
Responsibilities
- Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, renovations, and additions.
- Read and interpret architectural plans, sketches, section details, and elevations.
- Fabricate and install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and custom millwork.
- Coordinate with project managers, teammates, and subcontractors to meet schedules and quality standards.
- Assist with layout, material prep, and on-site problem solving.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
