About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter who is a proactive team player for our residential remodeling company. You must be technically capable to perform advanced carpentry tasks in a safe and efficient manner and work well with our team and outside subs. Requirements
- This position requires relocation to Monteagle, TN
- 3+ Years of Construction Experience required
- Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as the ability to complete a company-specific safety orientation
- High standard of integrity and professionalism
- Excellent people skills for interacting with our customers and subcontractors
- Valid drivers license
- TN drug-free workplace and No Smoking/ Vaping or Tobacco products
Responsibilities
- Installing windows, doors, and molding
- Installing cabinets and millwork
- Erecting scaffolding, and ladders for assembling structures above ground levels.
- Installing wood and/or metal framing
- Reading and executing architectural plans
- Maintaining and organizing tools
- Cleaning work areas to ensure safe working environments
- Maintain communication with our team and our clients (homeowners)
- Follow onsite instructions to meet daily and weekly project goals
- Ensure the scope of work is completed on time
