About The Position

As a Carpenter at ProMedica, you will repair and maintain wooden structures, including furniture, equipment, partitions, and other parts of the hospital building. You will work from blueprints and drawings on construction and repair projects, requisition lumber and hardware, and maintain an inventory of carpentry tools and equipment. You will construct and maintain building woodwork such as bins, counters, benches, stairs, and doors. This summary describes the general nature and level of work and is not exhaustive.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a degree from a technical school.
• Five years of commercial experience.
• Valid driver's license.
