About The Position

Requirements
- 2–5 years of carpentry experience, preferably in residential remodeling
- Experience with kitchen renovations and cabinet installation
- Strong framing and finish carpentry skills
- Experience working in occupied homes is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders regularly
- English-speaking with good communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Buildertrend is preferred but not required.
- Experience with similar construction management, scheduling, or project-tracking applications will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Install kitchen cabinets, trim, molding, doors, and millwork
- Perform framing, finish carpentry, and remodeling work
- Work closely with Project Managers and fellow carpenters
- Deliver quality workmanship in occupied residential homes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
