This role involves collaborating both independently and as part of a team, interpreting technical drawings to craft high-quality displays and pop-up spaces using materials such as MDF, plywood, laminate, and veneers. The ideal candidate will work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring precision and attention to detail, and demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities essential for meeting project complexities and tight deadlines. The role also requires ensuring all completed work aligns with the company's exacting quality standards and deadlines, and quickly communicating any quality issues or project lead time challenges to management for swift solutions. Additional hours are available during busy periods, and occasional overnight installation work is a plus. The candidate should tackle challenges with a problem-solving mindset.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organization skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in fast paced interdisciplinary fabrication is plus.
Experience in retail display is advantageous.
Open to occasional overnight installation work is a plus.
