Experienced Carpenter Custom Craft Lansdale, PA Full-Time | Onsite $34-$38 per hour At Custom Craft, we believe great remodeling starts with great people. Requirements

5-10+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents accurately
Knowledge of residential building methods and building codes
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Professional carpentry tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Experience working on custom homes or high-end residential remodeling projects preferred
Strong finish carpentry and general carpentry skills

Responsibilities

Perform skilled carpentry throughout all phases of residential remodeling
Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans
Complete framing, finish carpentry, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and custom millwork
Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and trade partners
Help maintain project schedules, quality standards, and jobsite safety
Keep jobsites clean, organized, and respectful of clients' homes
Communicate professionally with homeowners and the project team
Identify field challenges and help develop practical solutions
Track materials, document project progress, and maintain daily jobsite records
Support and mentor less experienced carpenters when needed
