About The Position

Tradesmen International is hiring experienced Carpenters for projects in or around Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a first-shift opportunity paying $24–$32 per hour, based on experience and skill level. Carpenters will work alongside craftsmen focused on safety, productivity, and quality workmanship.

Requirements

• Previous carpentry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliability and a safety-conscious approach.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with framing, concrete forms, trim work, and cabinetry installation.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, sketches, and project specifications.
• Calculate dimensions and plan layouts for construction projects.
• Measure, cut, shape, and install lumber, drywall, plastic, metal, and other materials.
• Use tape measures, laser levels, hand tools, and power saws.
• Construct structural frameworks, including walls, floor joists, roof trusses, staircases, and door frames.
• Build and install concrete forms for construction applications.
• Install doors, window frames, trim, molding, cabinetry, countertops, and hardware.
• Perform finish carpentry and detailed installation work.
• Inspect damaged structures and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
• Repair and replace framing, flooring, fixtures, and other carpentry components.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
