Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in carpentry, construction, or a related field
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions year-round.
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Knowledge of carpentry best practices and techniques
Precision in measuring, cutting, and shaping materials.
Proficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement tools
Perform physical labor and comfortable working with heights

Responsibilities

Build and install custom decks, pavers, screened-in porches, and other outdoor features.
Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail.
Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with homeowners.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional attitude on-site.
Stay up to date with new construction techniques, tools, and materials.
Adhere strictly to established safety protocols and ensure a safe, organized work environment at all times.
