About The Position

DNM Construction Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join their growing team. This role involves working on a variety of residential, commercial, and renovation projects across Sault Ste. Marie and the Algoma District. The company emphasizes quality craftsmanship, reliability, and a strong team environment. The Carpenter will be responsible for delivering high-quality work on-site, including framing, structural work, finishing, and drywall, while collaborating with a team that values attention to detail.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on carpentry experience
Proven ability to complete work independently and to a high standard
Strong experience in residential and commercial construction
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Experience with framing, finishing, and general carpentry work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

Journeyperson certification (403A General Carpenter)
Experience with drywall installation and finishing

Responsibilities

Apply carpentry expertise across a range of projects, including new construction, renovations, and finishing work.
Deliver high-quality work on-site, from framing and structural work to finishing and drywall.
