About The Position

RQ Construction is currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to support ongoing operations in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. This role involves performing a wide range of carpentry and general construction duties on active job sites using both hand tools and power equipment. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with site preparation, material handling, trenching, scaffold assembly, temporary bracing, debris removal, and supporting other trades as needed throughout the construction process. The Carpenter may also operate construction machinery and power equipment while helping maintain tools and equipment in safe working conditions. All duties must be performed in accordance with established safety procedures and in alignment with RQC's Mission, Vision, and Values. Davis-Bacon prevailing wages apply to work completed on military installations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of four years of carpentry experience, including rough and/or finish carpentry
  • At least two years of field experience in commercial construction or related trade work required

Responsibilities
