The Role As our go-to Reconstruction Specialist, you’ll be the face of SERVPRO on-site. You’ll handle the "put-back" phase after mitigation is complete. Your day-to-day will include: Precision Carpentry: Framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and finish carpentry. Interior Restoration: Hanging, taping, and finishing drywall; installing flooring (LVP, tile, wood); and occasional painting. Project Ownership: Managing your timeline and materials for small to mid-sized jobs to ensure they are completed "Like it never even happened." Customer Excellence: Communicating clearly with homeowners to provide peace of mind during the restoration process. What You Bring to the Team Experience: Proven track record as a Journeyman Carpenter (Restoration experience is a huge plus!). Versatility: You’re a "jack of all trades" who can pivot from framing a closet to installing intricate crown molding. Tools & Tech: You have your own basic hand/power tools and are comfortable using a tablet/smartphone for job documentation. Requirements

Proven track record as a Journeyman Carpenter (Restoration experience is a huge plus!).
You’re a "jack of all trades" who can pivot from framing a closet to installing intricate crown molding.
You have your own basic hand/power tools and are comfortable using a tablet/smartphone for job documentation.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
A problem-solver who values cleanliness, punctuality, and a job well done.
