About The Position

We are looking for an experienced handyman/maintenance technician to join our team for the Merrimack Valley of MA and Southern NH. The individual will be required to perform maintenance tasks that include, but are not limited to; general maintenance, carpentry, drywall, masonry, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, window, door and lock repairs, painting, cleaning, snow removal, landscaping, picking up and delivering supplies, etc. All members of the team are in a weekly "on-call" rotation to deal with emergencies on evenings and weekends. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a certain level of skill in these areas and be able to perform these tasks in a professional manner.

Requirements

• A vehicle (pickup truck or van preferred)
• A valid driver's license
• Your own set of tools (all basics for today’s work, nothing extravagant required)
• Smartphone
• Available to work 40+ hours a week including nights and weekends when required
• Previous employment references

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Property maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
