Requirements

• Strong work ethic, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Good overall knowledge of carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, minor plumbing, and electrical.
• Excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman.
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing.
• Own standard set of tools to perform all trades.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Estimation skills
• Prior home inspection experience

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, tiling, painting, and drywalling tasks.
• Conduct minor electrical and plumbing work.
• Interact positively with clients, employees, management, and office personnel.
• Document and invoice work performed.
