About The Position
You've put in your first couple of years, and you're ready for more than prep and cleanup. This role puts you on real custom installs, working toward the precision that defines showroom-quality work. The Norfolk Companies has been building trust since 1934. As a fourth-generation, family-owned company, we design, manufacture, distribute, and install our own cabinetry throughout New England — giving you steady work and a clear track to grow your skills and your pay.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of carpentry, cabinet installation, or finish carpentry experience
- Comfortable reading plans and performing installations with some independence
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

- Communicates well with teammates and, at times, clients
- Wants to keep advancing toward finish-carpentry expertise
Responsibilities
- Perform custom cabinet installation, countertop setting, and finish carpentry under moderate supervision
- Read plans and execute portions of installations with growing independence
- Deliver clean, precise work on customer-facing jobs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Work alongside Apprentices and senior carpenters as part of a crew
