About The Position

Under the direction of a carpenter foreman, the carpenter performs varied carpentry type work, including: cabinet and furniture repair; puttying; roofing and sheet metal work; tuckpointing and sealing; flooring repair and installation; and sand blasting.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and implement oral and written instructions.
• Two years of carpentry experience.
• Ability to use tools of the carpentry trade, including the use of power woodworking machinery.
• Possession of a valid Oklahoma driver license.

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of a standard high school or equivalent.
• Graduate of a technical school with training in the carpentry field.
• Additional years of carpentry experience.
• Experience in finish carpentry work.
• Experience with plastering.
