About The Position

PC Construction is seeking Carpenter Helpers to work on construction projects in Vermont. Helpers support carpentry and general construction tasks, including rough carpentry; installing cabinets, doors, frames, hardware, trim, and blocking; and general construction cleaning. Applicants should be well-rounded, able to work as part of a team and independently, highly motivated, and focused on excellence. Commercial construction experience is preferred, but PC is willing to train. Long-term opportunities are available, with a commitment to personal career growth. The position pays $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience, in addition to an extensive benefits package that includes company stock and a profit-sharing bonus. Applying for a specific location does not guarantee assignment there. Project workforce needs may require travel to various project sites within Vermont. Requirements
