This is a hands-on role supporting the contractor and helping keep the job site running efficiently.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a construction environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to stay busy and anticipate job site needs

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Move and organize construction materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Assist the contractor with general labor tasks as needed
• Perform basic painting and finishing work
• Stay proactive and jump in where help is needed
