About The Position

Archer Western Construction, LLC is seeking a Form Setter for the PR3 Pumping & Conveyance Volume 3 - Reservoir Pump Station project in Arcadia, Florida. The Form Setter fits together, aligns, and sets metal or wooden forms to grade to hold concrete, and sets lines for slip forms.

Requirements

• Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffolds or ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and potentially work in adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to comply with safety policies and procedures and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Good manual dexterity; ability to stand, bend, kneel, or sit for long periods.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• 3–5 years of verifiable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure distances and mark guidelines on working surfaces in preparation for laying down work.
• Use power tools, hand tools, and fastening devices to set forms.
• Assist with installation of other structures as needed.
