About The Position

Archer Western Construction, LLC is seeking a Form Setter for the PR3 Pumping & Conveyance Volume 3 - Reservoir Pump Station in Arcadia, Florida. The Form Setter fits together, aligns, and sets metal or wooden forms to grade to hold concrete, and sets lines for slip forms. The role may also assist with installing other structures as needed.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of verifiable experience preferred.
• Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffolds or ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be required to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly.
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Good manual dexterity; ability to stand, bend, kneel, or sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Measure distances and mark guidelines on working surfaces in preparation for laying down work.
