About The Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction projects in the Bend, OR area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong carpentry background who can manage job site operations while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial properties and be comfortable coordinating crews, schedules, and daily site activities.
Requirements
- Strong background in commercial carpentry
- Previous experience in a Foreman or leadership role
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Knowledge of job site safety standards and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Experience with storage facility construction
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of carpenters and laborers on-site
- Perform and oversee all phases of carpentry work
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards
Benefits
