About The Position

Holder Construction is seeking a Carpenter Foreman to join their Operations team in Wichita Falls, TX. This is a full-time, working foreman position where the individual will lead a team to complete daily tasks and projects at the jobsite, coordinate projects, and monitor the production schedule and crew attendance. The role requires the individual to step in and assist the team in completing tasks when needed.

Requirements

• 10 years of construction/carpenter experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and time management skills.
• Must be able to read basic drawings.
• Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
• Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.

• Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.
• Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
• Forklift operator training work would be a plus.
