About The Position

Holder Construction is seeking a Carpenter Foreman to join its Operations team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a full-time, hourly, working-foreman position. The foreman leads a crew in completing daily jobsite tasks, coordinates projects, ensures projects are completed, and monitors production schedules and crew attendance. The role also requires stepping in to help the team complete tasks and projects when needed. Requirements

At least 10 years of construction or carpentry experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to read basic drawings.
Ability to remain agile and alert; stand or walk for long periods; use fingers, hands, and arms to reach, handle, and manipulate objects; climb ladders, scaffolds, and other objects; and work on uneven surfaces and at heights.
Ability to read and write and to see and hear well, naturally or with correction.
Ability to lift and carry materials of varying shapes and sizes weighing 50–100 pounds for 75% of the time.
Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
Must be able to work in an OSHA-compliant safety environment.
Must be able to work outdoors.
Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.

Nice To Haves

Forklift operator training or experience.
