Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work variable hours
- Clear English communication
- Completion of required training
- Detail-oriented and alert
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Stay calm under pressure and follow protocols
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable, disciplined, and safety‑focused
Nice To Haves
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Higher education in a related field
Responsibilities
- Screen packages using physical inspections and X‑Ray equipment
- Work closely with Explosive Detection K‑9 teams
- Maintain accurate daily logs and report security concerns
- Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies
- Recommend improvements to screening procedures
- Support ongoing security enhancements
- Perform additional duties as mutually agreed upon
