Pacific Aviation will provide qualified personnel to oversee and monitor ramp operations for each flight, ensuring full compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory requirements. This role involves reviewing flight details, load plans, and operational requirements, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and conducting Foreign Object Debris (FOD) checks. The staff will actively monitor aircraft arrival and block-in, loading and unloading operations, cargo handling processes, fuel truck movement, and aircraft pushback. Time monitoring and reporting of key milestones are crucial, as is safety and quality assurance, ensuring the safe execution of loading/unloading and compliance with safety standards. The role also includes overseeing marshalling activities and ensuring adherence to loading instructions. Comprehensive documentation and reporting are required, including completing Ramp Checklists, preparing Flight Reports, matching actual loading against load plans, and documenting any irregularities or incidents. Visual documentation through photos of key operational stages is also part of the scope. Administrative responsibilities include adhering to all company and client airline policies, regulations, and guidelines, maintaining clear communication, reporting maintenance needs, and keeping records, reports, and files as required. The role demands an eye for detail for documentation, the ability to organize and prioritize work, and flexibility with shifts to adjust to operational needs. Attendance at meetings as required is also expected.
