About The Position

Trinity Logistics is looking for an inquisitive, no-nonsense individual with a minimum of 2 years claims experience to thrive in our Cargo Claims Specialist role! This role is open to being a remote position. This role requires someone who enjoys getting to the bottom of things while handling the process with the poise and patience that represents Trinity’s service-driven culture! This position is essential for protecting Trinity’s assets and best interest! Your day to day will involve processing claims, providing solutions along the way, and being the in-house expert on all things claims for Trinity’s customers and carriers! You will have a reliable team to bounce solutions off but will have the freedom to operate individually on your assigned claims.

Two years claims and operational logistics experience highly preferred.
Positive and friendly attitude, demonstrated ability to gain cooperation from across various departments and Team Members.
Attention to detail. In our role the small facts and notes matter, and this is imperative to the success of the candidate.
Strong communication skills which will translate into a pleasant and professional demeanor on the phone as well as in emails.
Proven planning and organizational abilities
Goal oriented, always willing to seek knowledge and improve upon skills in order to drive new ideas.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
