About The Position

As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the building(s) and surrounding grounds in a neat and tidy manner. This role involves cleaning common areas, hallways, and amenities, as well as cleaning and preparing vacant apartments for new residents. The Caretaker also plays a role in establishing a pleasant atmosphere and fostering good relations with residents.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping and cleaning experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain general appearance of the property and grounds
• Clean common areas, hallways, and amenities
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Establish a pleasant atmosphere and relations with residents
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
