About The Position
This position will cover Bronx Neighborhood 03, which includes Bronx River, Clason Point, Monroe, Justice Sotomayor. Travel to Developments within the assigned neighborhood is a requirement, with the frequency determined by the Neighborhood Administrator. Caretaker Ps appointed are encouraged to gain the knowledge required for career advancement to Plasterer.

Responsibilities
- Mix plastering materials properly.
- Apply plastering materials to interior and exterior surfaces (use of hawk, trowel, Darby, slicker; working of dots and screeds); apply plaster coats (scratch, brown and finish).
- Lathing and plastering bases (channel iron, wire lath, etc.).
- Perform dust control and clean up.
