About The Position

TheKey is urgently hiring caregivers to work with seniors in their homes in Phoenix and surrounding communities. They are seeking caregivers for both part-time and full-time hours, with shifts available during days, evenings, and overnights. Caregivers can earn top pay rates of $17.50-$19.50 per hour. TheKey is described as the largest provider of private pay in-home care for aging seniors in North America, committed to providing exceptional support to its caregivers while they transform the lives of aging adults.

Requirements

• At least 6 months to 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• Comply with state background screening requirements
• Eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support
