About The Position

TheKey is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home care for aging seniors. This role offers competitive pay rates ranging from $13.50 to $15.50 per hour, based on client care needs. The company is hiring for all shifts, including full-time and part-time positions, with day, evening, or overnight options. Shift lengths vary from 4, 6, 8, to 12 hours. Requirements

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience (excluding family, friends, or neighbors; experience from in-home care, group homes, senior communities, assisted living, nursing homes, etc., is sought)
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and car insurance are required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, including dressing, bathing, transfers, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Provide transportation for clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping
• Offer companionship through games, puzzles, or other activities that provide social and emotional support
