Requirements
- Strong Verbal and Nonverbal Communication Skills
- Patience, a sense of humor, and a sincere desire to be of service to older adults
- Ability to pass a background check including Criminal Background and motor vehicle history review
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable automobile
- Must have Dementia and Alzheimer experience
Responsibilities
- Provide both personal and companion care
- Support older adults' ability to be autonomous with compassion, patience, and understanding
