About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring dependable and compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors in their homes in Salem, NH and surrounding communities. Whether you're looking for full-time work, part-time hours, or a schedule that works around your other commitments, we offer flexible shifts and opportunities for additional hours. Paid training is available for those new to caregiving.
Requirements
- Reliable, compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Professional and dependable
- Reliable transportation when required for the assigned client
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving or home care experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and providing light housekeeping
- Assisting with mobility
- Providing medication reminders
- Helping with errands and appointments when needed
- Encouraging independence and maintaining dignity
- Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
