About The Position
Caring Hands Home Health is seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in the Creedmoor area. This is an excellent opportunity for a caregiver who enjoys building meaningful relationships while helping clients remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own home.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving, PCA, CNA, or home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide medication reminders
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands if needed
- Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition
