Actively Hiring Caregivers for 12 Hour NOC Shifts in Carlsbad. Cheer Home Care is looking for compassionate individuals to provide non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services to help clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home. Requirements

• Helping with activities of daily living.
• Strong organizational & communication skills.
• Able to drive client in their own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement).
• Cell phone with internet access.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled.
• Provide companionship.
• Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Light meal preparation.
• Provide transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Provide specialized care such as Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, and Hospice Care.
• Perform light housekeeping and organization.

Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
