About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, proactive caregiver to support clients who thrive with structure, routine, and hands-on engagement. This role is best suited for Care Pros who want consistent hours, meaningful client relationships, and clear expectations. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, including former professionals, homemakers, and lifelong caregivers. Care often includes engaging clients in puzzles, games, conversation, walks, gardening, light activity, watching news or game shows, and attending community or group activities. The role involves assisting with bathing, toileting, hygiene, personal care, supporting mobility and safe transfers, following structured care plans, monitoring and reporting changes in condition or behavior, and maintaining professional boundaries. Accurate, same-day documentation is required.

Requirements

• Must be available for weekend shifts
• Must have consistent weekly availability
• Must be willing to accept clients in Columbia, MO
• Must be willing to accept clients in Jefferson City (as needed)
• Hands-on experience with personal care (bathing, toileting, hygiene)
• Ability to safely support routine transfers
• Understanding of dignity, pacing, and safety in care delivery
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to take ownership of your role
• Desire for consistency and long-term client relationships
