About The Position

We are hiring experienced Care Professionals who are available for weekend coverage and open availability for consistent scheduling. This role is best suited for Care Pros who want consistent hours, meaningful client relationships, and clear expectations. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, and care often includes engaging clients in puzzles, games, conversation, walks, light activity, watching news or game shows, and attending community or group activities.

Requirements

• Be available for weekend shifts
• Have consistent weekly availability (not limited or fluctuating)
• Be willing to accept clients in Columbia, MO
• Be willing to accept clients in Jefferson City (as needed)
• Have hands-on experience with personal care (bathing, toileting, hygiene)
• Can safely support routine transfers
• Understand dignity, pacing, and safety in care delivery
• Communicate clearly and take ownership of your role
• Want consistency and long-term client relationships

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, toileting, hygiene, and personal care
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Follow structured care plans and routines
• Monitor and report changes in condition or behavior
• Maintain professional boundaries in the home
• Complete accurate, same-day documentation
