About The Position

Griswold Home Care for Frederick County is actively hiring part-time Caregivers, PCAs, and CNAs to deliver personal care, companionship, and homemaking services to older adults throughout Frederick County, Maryland. We are a non-medical home care franchise with a legacy of serving families and a commitment to supporting our caregivers' growth, well-being, and careers.

Requirements

• A caring, dependable, and responsible individual
• CPR Certification required
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration
• Willingness to travel within Frederick County
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of caregiving or home care experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and transportation to appointments
• Dementia and memory care support
• Sharing regular care updates with families and the office team
