About The Position

CountryHouse Residence in Granite Bay, California, an Agemark Senior Living community, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver. The role supports residents with personal care and daily living while encouraging independence, monitoring well-being, and helping residents enjoy meaningful, engaging days. Caregivers build relationships with residents, families, and coworkers, and provide support with patience, respect, and compassion. The schedule includes full-time day and evening shifts and may vary; availability for weekends and holidays is needed as required. Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
• Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Engage residents in activities and conversations to make each day special.
• Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.
