Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Active automobile insurance required
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Comfortable using a smartphone for documentation and clock in and out

Nice To Haves

• Experience with seniors or disabled adults preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• CNA/LNA experience or certification is a plus
• Dementia/Alzheimer's experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Sharing conversation and companionship
• Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Preparing meals
• Providing medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Running errands and grocery shopping
• Driving clients to appointments
• Supporting daily routines and activities
• Documenting care through a smartphone
