About The Position

Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to join their team in Havertown & Delaware County. This role involves assisting seniors with daily tasks, errands, and appointments, enabling them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Requirements

• Compassionate and genuinely care about helping others.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Professional and trustworthy.
• Licensed drivers with reliable transportation.
• Comfortable driving to client assignments and completing errands.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of caregiving or related experience.
• Required TB Clearance (2-Step PPD, Chest X-ray, or Quantiferon Blood Test).
• Able to provide proof of vaccination.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with couples cases.
• Willingness to take 'Angel Calls'.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with grocery shopping, pharmacy pickups, and running errands.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Communicate with families and the office team.
• Transport clients to appointments (Note: Clients are never transported in caregiver vehicles).
